Yolanda Farms was aptly named by farm owner Nilgün Sarar as an homage, an ever lasting memory of our beloved dog, Yolanda. More family than pet, she has been with her for over twelve years, sadly as the years prolonged, she lost mobility in heir hind legs and is unable to walk. Yet, she kept her spirits up and continues to thrive on her little portable throne, overseeing the Olive Tree farm and ruling with an iron paw.
The farm is located in Milas - Karacahisar Turkey. A region in the south of Turkey, known to offer an ideal climate and environment for Olive Trees to thrive and therein yield some of the best olive oil in the World. The Farm is spread over 7.4 acres and currently has over 200 healthy trees.
Yolanda Farms Olive Oil is being produced without any additive and with hard work , dedication and love. Our early harvest, cold pressed 2021 Olive Oil contains high polyphenols and their acidity degree vary between 0.2 and 0.3.
